This page describes the complex Key Planning Chart graphic.

In the center of the chart is a column of Critical Factors and Inputs boxes. Below each box is an arrow pointing from it to the next box below it. The one exception to this is the Alternate Improve Strategies box has two areas (Operations and Capital) that each have an arrow pointing to the next box below. The order of the boxes, from top to bottom is as follows:
